How long does a bag stay fresh?

Because the moisture is gone, our food stays fresh in your cupboard for months. Just make sure to seal the bag tight after every meal to keep the crunch... well, crunchy!

If this is like raw food, will my cats get salmonella?

No. To ensure zero nasties like Salmonella, our recipes are sterilized using industry-leading safety standards. Depending on the flavor, we use either Targeted Irradiation (1.5kGy) or Temperature Sterilization. Both methods eliminate pathogens while keeping the high-protein nutrients intact and 100% shelf-stable.

Is the food complete or complementary?

Our recipes are 100% complete and balanced. This means they contain the perfect ratio of meat, organs, and bone (plus essential vitamins) to be your cat’s main meal. Of course, if you want to use it as a high-value treat or a "fancy" topper to level up their current kibble, your cat won't complain!

Is this for kittens or Seniors as well?

Yes! Infact we have formulated the food to support kittens and seniors that extra bit more.
