We have experienced an overwhelming amount of orders recently and have been late on shipping orders. Please forgive us we are trying to get them done ASAP.

*ALL ORDERS WITH PRE-ORDER ITEMS WILL BE SENT ON THE PRE-ORDER ITEMS DATE, NOT EARLY NOR SPLIT. If you would like your parcel split and have your non pre-order items early please contact customer service and pay the extra charges for a split parcel.

Cat Supplies (Bowls, Toys, Beds, etc.):

Processing Time: 1-2 business days

Shipping Time: 7-8 business days


Cat Treats:

Processing Time for all countries: 1-10 business days

UK Shipping Time: 1-3 business days, depending on the selected shipping method:

Europe shipping time: 3-7 business days

All countries outside Europe:

5-7 business days

1st Class Royal Mail Shipping (not tracked)

Please note: Our cat supplies and cat treats are shipped separately, so you may receive multiple parcels.

If you are missing any items or received the wrong items please contact customer service within 24 hours of receiving.

Returns Policy

Cat Treats: For safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on any cat treats.

Cat Supplies: We accept returns for cat supplies within 15 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
