*ALL ORDERS WITH PRE-ORDER ITEMS WILL BE SENT ON THE PRE-ORDER ITEMS DATE, NOT EARLY NOR SPLIT. If you would like your parcel split and have your non pre-order items early please contact customer service and pay the extra charges for a split parcel.

Processing & Shipping Times

Cat Supplies (Bowls, Toys, Beds, etc.):

Processing and shipping times currently are same as cat treats shipping.


Cat Treats:

Processing Time for all countries: 1-10 business days

UK Shipping Time: 1-3 business days, depending on the selected shipping method:

Tracked 48 Royal Mail (2-3 business days after dispatch)

Tracked 24 Royal Mail (1-2 business days after dispatch

1st Class Royal Mail (1 business day, not tracked, not protected we do not cover lost 1st Class packages)

Europe shipping time: 3-7 business days

All countries outside Europe:

5-7 business days

Countries outside UK shipping options:

International standard (not tracked)

International tracked

Please note: Our cat supplies and cat treats are shipped separately, so you may receive multiple parcels.

Please select a tracked service for any package protection as we do not protect any parcels with no tracking.

If you are missing any items, or received the wrong items/ damaged items please contact customer service within 24 hours of receiving.

Returns Policy

Cat Treats: For safety and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on any cat treats.

Cat Supplies: We accept returns for cat supplies within 15 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Returns postages are the customer’s responsibility so please do pay for a reliable tracked return method as we will take no responsibility of lost parcels.

Orders can be cancelled only within 24 hours of ordering. Please contact via email to cancel orders within 24 hours.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details (if applicable).

We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible, but please allow the specified processing and shipping times for delivery.
