Do you accept returns?

Yes! We understand there is a chance you might not like what you've ordered or you made a mistake, that's why we have a 14 day return policy. Please contact us through email, chat, or contact form to request a return. The products must be unused, unworn and the packaging of the product to not be damaged. If somehow you have received damaged products please contact us and we will come to you with a solution.

I've ordered a lot of items, are they going to be shipped in different parcels?

It is definitely possible that your items might be split into two packages, if so we will contact you and inform you. So no need to worry!

What should I do if there is a problem with my order?

With our Pawsome efforts and service we guarantee there wont be problems, however if there has been a mistake, we are super sorry! Contact us in chat, email, or through the contact form. We will try our best to reply within the working hours 9am-5pm.

How long does shipping usually take?

Once ordered for your little wildcat, processing takes 1-2 days and shipping is 5-7 days. Please do forgive us if your order is delayed, once with the carrier it is out of our hands. Do not hesitate to contact if there are any problems, we always have solutions!
